We have a contract with one of Englands largest commercial property landlords to carry out lighting upgrades using high bay LED fittings which are more energy efficient. We usually carry out the work once the properties become either vacant or it is more cost effective for the client to replace the fittings instead of repairing older ones, as eventually they want every property to be LED.
